It is situated in a privileged location and enjoys breathtaking view to the enchanting sunsets over the boundless blue of the Aegean waters and the ancient island of Delos, famous for its positive aura.  The villa offers easy access to the well-known beaches of Saint John and Ornos as well as to Mykonos Town, with the cosmopolitan restaurants and the intense nightlife.

The outer grounds of the villa are dominated by the sizeable infinity pool with two wooden decks built on both sides of the pool and the dining area shaded from pergolas which provides many options of recreation and promises unforgettable moments of serenity and relaxation to the guests. The panoramic viewconstantly present to the guets while swimming or sunbathing is spectacular. An independent studio as well as an autonomous and spacious guesthouse with  en-suite double bedroom and a kitchenette are located at the exterior premises of the villa, all enjoying direct access to the pool terrace.

The main structure of the villa unfolds  in two levels. On the ground floor and with instant access to the pool terrace we encounter the spacious living room that displays many sitting options as well as the dining table all enjoying astonishing  sea-view. At a discrete side of the level we encounter the fully-equipped kitchen. On the upper level of the villa, we come across the master bedroom and a guestroom both tastefully decorated and with all comforts. Two more sunny and copious bedrooms are situated on a lower level of the villa, all enjoying wonderful view to the endless blue of the Aegean. The decoration abd furnishing of the interior areas is minimal and  contemporary, with white as the dominant colour which is combined perfectly with a few coloured features.
