On the east side of Mykonos, only a few steps away from the cognominal unspoilt beach of St. Sostis with the golden sand and the greenish-blue waters, stands the stunning”Aegean Mansion” .  “Aegean Mansion ” enjoys a breathtaking unlimited view to the blue scenery of the area and watches the sun reflecting onto the infinite blue of the Aegean and to the picturesque country church of St. Sostis.

The outer ground area with a garden excellently designed and beautifully decorated with plants and flowers, enjoys an amazing view to the sea and is dominated by the large infinity pool, which is surrounded by deckchairs and settees. Above the swimming-pool under pergolas, we encounter a 100sqm covered dining area, with the BBQ, a stone built traditional oven and an auxiliary kitchen offering great moments of pleasure and recreation to the guests. On the same plot, at an elevated level we find an independent traditional guesthouse expanding in two levels. The ground floor consists of the living-room, the kitchen and the bathroom while on the upper floor is a loft style bedroom.

The main body of the villa unfolds on three levels, the ground floor has two guestrooms and a recreation room with a bar and a ping-pong which has instant access to the exterior of the villa. Going up on the first floor, we come across three separate living-room areas and on an elevated level stands the formal built -in dining table. Moving on the last floor, we meet three spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The bathroom of the master bedroom certainly catches the attention of the guest with its modern decoration and the light created from the “skylights”. It is worth mentioning that some of the furniture are unique pieces of antiquity, made of massif wood, some of which are hand made. Marble creations and amazing mosaic pictures are found on the interior and exterior walls of the villa and on the wooden floors.

The personal touch of the owner in the decoration and the furnishing results in an exceptional combination of decoration and brings the outcome of a luxurious Aegean mansion.
